does most every man wonder cherish to have a noble relationship with only one woman or that feeling is foreign to any given or every man?

I don't think so. Even in arranged marriage acceptance will precede commitment. Acceptance in an arranged marriage has a much broader spectrum as it takes into account the acceptance of more than 2 people.
In general, you cannot generalize thing. On top of that people may start with one mind set and then finish with another. Our thought process is dynamic and changes with education, environment, ambitions, etc. So a person may start with a "noble" mind set and then may change later.
Coming to your question, I believe the answer will be that most men do want to have a single committed relationship (not necessarily noble), at least, initially.
