once there was a man called ramu who was going to the market to sell his cow and her new born calf
on the way to the market ramu was accosted by some thieves who took ramu in a corner at knief point .and after tying his hands and removing his clothes and valuables tied ramu.
the thieves took the cow away and left the calf behind .ramu remained there for two days without clothes and food or water.
on the third day his cries were heard by sone villagers who came to his rescue.
the moment the villagers untied him. ramu took a stick and began thrashing the calf .the villagers were shocked by this behaviour of ramu and asked him the reason to which ramu replied " i have been telling this shameless calf since two days that iam not his mother but he would not listen"!!!
