i told my mom...plz i dont want any gold...just buy me one beautiful diamond set.
i rather have a downpayment for my home then all that ugly gold. i think thats what the next generation is gonna ask for.

well if she is from india, then it make sence, i know girls (From my own family some distant couisn i guess) they are well educated and all but still they wear a lot of jewelry ALL THEY HAVE one over another, and they don't mind that look at all, so i guess for her it was just a usual thing

I feel almost sorry for her hearing all these mean comments but still!! 
AE, i told my mom to sell her set and give me either cash or one of those new style gold sets for my wedding.. in fact, i told her to just get me something artificial fo rmy wedding, give me smaller easy to wear everyday gold stuff, n the rest money on other stuff
