The last couple of weeks I have been playing this little game first thing in the morning and last thing at night. It helps with co-ordination and balance.
You play after you change clothes in the morning and before you change in nighttime. In the morning you stand on one leg and raise the other foot knee high and then put your socks on. Make sure that you are not supported in any way including resting your foot on the supporting leg. Once you have put your socks on, you pick up the shoe for the same foot and put it on, tie the laces ensuring that the foot is knee high. Once you have done this dance around on the supporting leg keeping your foot on the ground and the other foot knee high.
You may move your arms and the raised leg to balance you. In addition you may shuffle your supporting foot. See how long you can last and then you try the same with the other leg.
Flame: I have only been doing this for about 2 weeks. Last time I timed myself it was just over 3 minutes without hopping.
Confused: I don't wear bottoms....but it should be possible, just depends on the size of your waist and the size that the bottoms are mean't to fit. The greater the size in relation to the waist the easier it should be.
Aisha: I don't see why girls cannot do it. I have a lot of respect for girls and I have found that they can do anything that a man can do.
That I cannot do...besides for me standing on my hands is not something that I will ever have to resort to, however standing on one leg and not losing balance even when someone is trying to force you down is something that I need to perfect.

and if u’re STILL gonna say u dont wear bottoms, then god help u.. ONLY thing (apart from running naked) that will fit in your remark would be a dhoti and somehow i dont picture u in a dhoti ..
