Off topic - but I find the automated answering service a real pain in the BruTT.
In order to get a simple answer - you have go through umpteen different options and menus , before it will even allow the call to be forwared to an operator

Journalists - they can really get up into people's business. They have the power to make and break people, and they rely on sensationalism...but they do have a great sense of style.

by the way I hate sales people, they walk into office, present their stuff...and then they will get on your nerves to do atleast one "scratch" and they present you their message in a way if a casette player was put on fast forward ...haha
