Okay so I have a A-Line Dress and the sleeves are extra long, and I have to wear it tomm! Now the question is, do i just crunch them up like a churidaar, or do i twist the sleeves? I’ve heard of both scenario’s but i dont know which to do. Just for FYI, its a very sheer material, so I have a full sleeve shameez under it. Any ideas?

Please heeeeellllllpppppppppp ![]()
Re: A-Line Dress
How about you go to a nearby tailor and ask him to trim sleeves. Cuz twisting or making churris will distort the look.
Re: A-Line Dress
i dont think that will work, bc then there will randomly be a line of stiching at the end of my sleeve
plus, where i live, we dont have the luxury of have ‘tailors’ at all, let alone nearby…
im dooomed. but thanks anyways!!
Re: A-Line Dress
If the sleeves are tight you could make churiis and pin a bow made out of 'dori' at the line. It looks cute.
Re: A-Line Dress
That sounds cute, but im not sure exactly what you mean. where would i exactly pin the bow?? over the churi's?
Re: A-Line Dress
On the outer side of the sleeve., at the rim.
