please be honest and DO NOT put Talibhianic spin on a simple statement.
He is saying "limited war" that is limited conventional war where "nukes" simply overhang or as in "overshadow".

I don't think you get the point , what i am trying to say is there is no Concept of a limited war now , since both countries have Nukes , And i am preety sure we both didn't obtained them just for show off , if Allah Forbid there is war & any side who feels like loosing & taking Heavy damage that is out of control they will strike with the nuke .
Now let me explain Y there cant be a limited war , You see Both countries yet don't have a reliable 2nd Strike Ability so either of countries wil want to do as much Damage as they can in their First Strike , i dont think there will be a Nagasaki or Hiroshima this time that 1 bomb will win the War ,
Still the Reality is that if there is War no one will win it , Both Parties will End up loosing , War is never Good only thing you get from it is suffering & Death , I have never been into a real war & i don't want to be in it either , bcoz i know that if there is a War now , nothing will be left to Cry upon.
So When ever a person of an Authority as a Army chief a a country make a statement ok War like this , we can only say that something wrong has happened to his mind.
