Makeup tip for the winterr; For the cheeks use cream blush instead of powder blush so that your cheeks doesnt appear patchy and cakey (powdery) , cream blushes will get you nice plumpy smooth cheeks and they wont make your cheeks look dry too 
Some inexpencive brands like Maybeline has nice cream blushes named “Dream mousse blush”
Some expencive brands like Nars, Bobby brown, Illmasqua has awesome cream blushes too so check them outtttttt
