A-Levels in UK

Hey there, I'm starting my A-levels in September. Firstly, A-levels will take 2 years for you to complete, so if you come here at 17, you'll finish at 19 ONLY if you pass all your exams and don't need extra time to re-sit. And yeah, A-levels are important to get to uni, they're like a bridge between you and uni. Also the thing with accounting is that, from what I know, there really isn't any kind of specific A-level subject requirement, you kind of start from scratch with the degree.. A lot of people think Maths is needed, but it really depends on each uni and you've got to research into it. English is always good to get you into any uni course, Economy sounds good too & yeah you can pick French and whatever you like. The amount of subjects you do, depends on you really. I'm taking 5 As levels, but in the 2nd year I'm only carrying on with 3. Anyway, good luck with whatever you choose to do and if you have any other questions, I'll be happy to answer them if I can :)
