Khuda ke liye...when she is trying to escape. Since Afghanistan is partially mountain in northern areas they use that for their own convenience.

We use pretty much the same thing in villeges in Naraan, Kaghan, Karakoram, Karakoram 2, Maree, Aiyubia.
