A house - small or big does not matter, but a house a home a must

the prices in US in real estate are a big hit on anyone wanting to have a house of their own.

the current trend is something like this: Home & Garden | It takes a less-is-more attitude to embrace smaller houses | Seattle Times Newspaper

what do you feel that the housing market will look like or is like in the state that you are in?

in NY, it is really at a steady high rate because people value owning a place in NY, as it is a central state for most immigrant populations.

I tend to like buying apartments/flats/condos because I am fairly mobile and can’t keep up with the maintenance.

I was keen on London/NYC but both locations are overvalued when it comes to condos. I have already invested in Pakistan, Dubai, and Malta.

So yes smaller home is better, particularly when its well located in a central district of the city.

i dunt care much if house is big or not but lots of paksitanis do!..

the equity building and refinancing in this country are counter tools to avoid more unnecessary losses in keeping the house.

but, the main thing is that people need to make sure that they do not get easy with loans. but try to pay them off as soon as they can not to default.
