Was Cafe forum in existence back in 1995-97 ? When did the current layout of forums emerge?

pak.org started in 1994/95 and the gupshup started pretty much same time. The initial version of gupshup didn't even have any user IDs etc. You can see from my first post of this thread that people were using their email as their ID.
