Only exception is the charcoal part. I have gas grill.

Pre heate the grill to 450F.
Put the pieces on the hottest part of the grill (usually from center to back),
close the lid of the grill,
bring all the burners to low,
and grill for 4 1/2 minutes (for medium rare) on each side.

Trick is the patience. Do not touch, or poke or try to flip the sides before 4 1/2 mins are over. My pieces were about 1/2 inch thick. Add more mins for medium or well done steak and for thicker cut of meat.

After you take them off the grill, wrap in a foil and leave for 15 mins.

One side is done

Might be too rare for some

That is not a piece of mango, but baked sweet potatoe.

It was yummy

You forgot to mention the seasoning you used.

Re: A great steak recipe

Mirch, I used the recipe in the link that I posted.

One more thing, I used a regular cut of boneless beef.

Yes, it was medium rare. I wanted it to be medium done, but I missed the spot. It was yummy nevertheless
