Cricketer & Aussie skipper Steve Waugh is as great a person as a cricketer.
This man reveals another feature of his as he visited India a couple of days ago.
Steve is attatched to ‘UDYAN’, a social welfare organisation in India which does some work for leper children & mentally retarded ones.
He frequently visits them to collect funds for the organisation.
A couple of days ago, he gathered more than Rs. 2 millions in a single luncheon. He also spent osme time with the children.
The new building of Udyan was inaugurated at his hands.
‘My family, my team & my cricket are the most important things in my life; but these children do have a special presence there!’, said he.
In these days of match-fixing & betting, men like Steve Waugh will help cricket survive.
There is no way to happiness.
Happiness is the way…
