breakfast with milk is so beneficial.
Have your carbs earlier in the day rather than consuming them at dinnertime.
Have carbs. Just in moderation.
Instead if prepackaged yogurt packs try greek yougurt with local raw honey, a few crushed berries, your fave nuts. It is delicious and loaded with probiotics, vitamins, minerals, antioxidents and omega3s.

Breakfast is the very important meal of the day so I make sure to eat breakfast every day. I love eating eggs and porridge during breakfast I also topped it with some fruits. Eating 5 small meals every day is better than eating 3 times a day. Don't starve yourself because it will lead you to eat more.

doesn't this cause more trips to the bathroom though? I love drinking water but this is so annoying for me.
