Kasme, this is a true story and I laughed non-stop for a good 5 minutes after hearing it.
It’s a must read!
Okay, so back when my father was in his late teens, people from his village would say that if you walked through this one area (near this graveyard) in the village at nighttime, there would be something that would grab you. ![]()
So, this one guy, Sameer, told them that he wasn’t scared and that there was no such thing. He even offered to go to that place at night to show that there was nothing there (and to show off how brave he was
). My dad and his friends told him to take a hammer and a thin wooden plank with him to nail into the ground in that spot, so it would serve as proof that he really did go there that night.
The next night, Sameer went out to the place near the graveyard. Later, he came back running, and screaming: “OH MERI TEY-MATT LAY LAYI OYYY!! OY KOI CHEEZ SI, OUNNAI MERI DHOTI PAKARLAY!”. Sameer wasn’t wearing his dhoti, and as he claimed, something had grabbed it when he happened to be in that place at nighttime.
The next morning, my dad and his friends decided to go out together to the place where he had put the wooden plank. When they got there, they saw Sameer’s dhoti nailed into the ground with the wooden plank.
What had happened was, when he went down to hammer in the wooden stick, his dhoti got caught in it, and once he got up to walk back, his dhoti was stuck and he thought someone was grabbing it ![]()
hahhahahahahahahhahhaha ![]()
