Re: a friend of mine got ripped off $600

Check out their website and you can tell they are not legit. Their work hours are 8PM to 6AM and they use hotmail/gmail accounts. Google their name and you'll find a lot of people complaining about the same thing.

Re: a friend of mine got ripped off $600

only idiot can order from this site, sorry but i have to say this :)

for recovering money .. how did you send it .. by credit card, paypal/western union ..

their is 99.99% chance you can't recover it

Re: a friend of mine got ripped off $600

i never purchased as i said in the thread a friend of mine did

I told him not to buy from there and buy from some authentic website such as amazon, ebay , newegg.com
but he didnt listen

he payed with western union i think
i told him that if an offer looks too good to be true it really is
ne never listened to me, well, his loss

yeah but atleast he can complain to the webhosts

Re: a friend of mine got ripped off $600

^ western union.. great work.

now say Inna Lillah Wa Innah ... and think you lost money !

Yeh sure complain.. but it will not work :)

their hosting provider is in Beijing, China.. so forget it .. its a very common scam.

Re: a friend of mine got ripped off $600

oh okay thanx for the help though :k:

THANX

Excuse me, but your friend is really stupid if he/she fell for that. If an online-store or person asks for payment through Western Union you can almost guarantee that it is a scam. That's because it's the most anonymous transaction possible.

If you ask them whether you can pay with credit card, account-to-account transfer, Paypal or anything of that sort, they will give you hundreds of excuses as to why that is not possible. The real reason is: They would be trackable.

Re: a friend of mine got ripped off $600

yeah i agree with u umer bhai and firenze

well i've warned him already that dont use such sites

and use only authentic and popular websites
there are loads of computer related nice websites such as

newegg, tigerdirect, amazon etc

Re: a friend of mine got ripped off $600

the moment you visit this website, its shouting from all corners, come and get ripped.

  • hotmail/gmail email account?
  • unbelievable low prices

go thru their registration process. See how it works?

totally fake and not-legit. Anything about this website.

Re: a friend of mine got ripped off $600

What's done is done. But just FYI, usually a quick google search can provide a lot of information about a vendor and/or scams.

So be very careful. :)
