What i assume is because the spices that we use while cooking salan are bhoonified with gobhi whereas if its for parathaa then my technique is a bit different i just get it tendered with salt and add all masala afterwards, also i dont add oil whereas salam has oil in it. Thats my reason
i dont have any idea but i prefer Gobi Pratha over Gobi salan, it tastes good. pratha banatay waqt thori si hari mirchein kaat kar dal do andar. phir tu aur
No but , I normally do a gobi salan .. and then if i feel like it , use the same salan as stuffing for the paratha .. but still stuffed gobi paratha tastes just awesome … najane kyu
I think it must be the added glory of the paratha that gives gobhi sdalan the kick...I mean stuff anything in a paratha,it tastes awesome as compared to eating it alone...!!
