^ Bollybuster, this movie is rated R by MPAA for sexual content. So it is unethical to watch Indian movies because they are soft porn (according to you) but this movie is not, just because it’s about some messed up Pakistanis. Right?
Wrong, because you’re screwing around what I said.
If my memory serves me right I never did say Indian MOVIES are soft porn, but I DID say their music videos are, and which they surely are! However, with the recent skin flicks they’ve been churning out, it really makes you wonder about this too.
It’s not a question of ethics really, its more about taste and intelligence. But then, most of them fail at that. And that makes Indians so mad…
There’s a big difference between nudity/sexuality and “soft porn”…if it’s something essential to the story line, like for “a Fond kiss”–falling in love and having sex, (judging by the trailer here, i cud be wrong), tht can’t really be considered soft porn…however, showing skin just for the sake of showing skin, like some of these indian and pakistani music videos IS wrong. praytell, how is dressing like britney spears contributing to the heart of the music? im not saying that either is correct, or right, but there is a difference between the two ..
has anyone seen night of henna?? (is it out yet) there soo many movies like that now.. but i still wanna see them..
the actors in a fond kiss are paki right.. cus in night of henna their indian.
I was in pakistan and saw loads of videos with skin in them, very trashy and very disgusting. now I could be wrong, they could hav been indian videos playing in Pakistan, i’m not sure. but I made my point earlier, that there’s a difference between softcore pornography and nudity/sexuality.
