Is there an official policy as far as what Mods can and cannot do.. and what major acts would be considered grounds for removal?

I mean consider OG as an example (and for Gods sake don’t even think about him as mod of WA ) his grasp of urdu and Pakistan affairs would put your average confused Desi to shame! And if you do end up seriously consider OG i’d recommend making him a Cafe Mod ( you might need to arrange therapy for him afterwards though)..
He needs therapy before he is considered for anything. And you need too even before anyone because you are referring him…
