Well she cant dump him for 2 yrs atleast because for those yrs the visa is "Conditional".After that the condition is removed.before that time period, the girl would be in real trouble!

Not a bad idea.But the first two yrs are critical.Whoever sponsors the person is in reality a "KING" or "QUEEN". for the 2 yrs.After that one ca get even .Before that play cool if u are stuck in the situation!

A girl who wants to go to college "uses" a guys to get her green card - ALSO needs to USE her brians (cause God is on guys SIDE) that she has "little time left in her finding a good guy to settle down days.
Again, AGE plays a role here.
No girl is STUPID to find a decent guy and to go ahead and use/dump him. She would actually start dreaming of living a happily ever after story.
