Re: A Desperate Question From any Indian Muslim here on GS? :(
what an ignorance yaar. ok if we let them freedom they will be answerable themselves to Allah, but who had given them freedom to bark bluffs and vulgar bluffs against Allah Almighty and what it shows then that he or she is doing this because of uncomfortable environment? such thing is intolerable to bear a vulgar bluff against Allah Almighty and Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) :(
Okay then..
Like it or not people have freedom.. its their right and it is the law of most lands, and even where there are restrictions how exactly can you change anything with someone who is trolling, not really . Also you can't have a dialogue with a troll, a shouting match perhaps, but it does no good.
secondly, if you want to waste your time on some no-name random obvious troll on the internet, go right ahead but ask yourself this, could that time be better spent in your own neck of the woods where you can make a direct impact?
there are all kinds of ills in your own area, where you can go spend some time and make a real difference in the life of someone who needs it. I firmly believe that a more vulgar act is staying silent when Allah almighty's creation may be getting abused, living in heart wrenching conditions and suffering right in your own area, and is not being helped.
Even this random person (if real and not a troll) would have been better helped in his or her own community than by some stranger online, but then ppl in that community may be fixated on some stuff in Burkina faso or lesotho instead of needs and challenges of people in their own backyard.
and that is the problem, desis especially, get all fired up on some random story or incident, thousands of miles away, yet are all oblivious to what they can do in their own lives, and also to make a difference in their own family, community or city.
and that... in my book is ignorance.
