until they give you a loaner car to use while your own car is being serviced

Until they wash your car after the oil change.

If you vehicle is in for more than one day, they give you a loaner.

what else?
a good point i realized is that they should check the tires, & although of course we are to remember our cars' inspection due date, out of courtesy and since they know this, they should note this and help a customer avoid getting a ticket. they should be able to check the inspection sticker in case it is becoming expired.
