*of course...its the responsibility of the railway authorities to stop him and hand him over to the child protective agency if there is any...i think he is a street kid [abandoned by parents]...also, the travelers should have stopped him...he is just a kid under 7 years of age i suppose.

advise a street kid of under 7 years of age? ... lol... he must be stopped by railway and city authorities and handed over to the child welfare agency if there is any.

yes and also the travelers in the train who seem to be unfazed by whats happening just next to them. if i were there, i wud have grabbed the kid and hand him over to the railway authorities right there. there is no excuse for the commuters sitting like a log and doing nothing. this kid's life was in danger at all this time.
