**of course…its the responsibility of the railway authorities to stop him and hand him over to the child protective agency if there is any…i think he is a street kid [abandoned by parents]…also, the travelers should have stopped him…he is just a kid under 7 years of age i suppose.

yes and also the travelers in the train who seem to be unfazed by whats happening just next to them. if i were there, i wud have grabbed the kid and hand him over to the railway authorities right there. there is no excuse for the commuters sitting like a log and doing nothing. this kid’s life was in danger at all this time.
