I am a very superstitious person. I strongly believe taking this manhoos's picture would harm my new Nikon D70. So I would refrain from taking his picture.

I would use my Video camera. The stills can be made from the video later on, anyway. :)

I’d actually try to find a digital movie recorder cuz you never know what he utters as the ‘last words’, words of a dying liar

First, I'd point and laugh.
Then I'd start shooting a video (carefully adjusting the tripod and so on)
