I agree, but if she speaks out on any specific issue like that, she will be killed the next day in Pakistan. That was why she only said very generic things.

Just look at how much hate people have for Mukhtaran even when she has not said anything against Pakistan government. Imagine the reaction if she did.

Sorry that doesn’t cut it. On the one hand you want to be awarded and celebrated for your bravery, as well as live in NYC but on the other hand you can’t even speak a few words for your cause. She is in the USA for exactly that purpose, safety, or do you think that the Pakistan Govt will send ISI assassins to NYC to kill her?
