There are many trolls (we all know what country they hail from) trying to post every bit of misinformation they can to mock and ridicule Pakistan. In their quest, they’ll pick up virtually anything they can lay their saffron fingers on. Now this particular one managed in posting a fictitious article from a source with zero credibility and is actually a propaganda site created by anti-Pakistani elements. He even managed to rile up a Pakistani or two who started blaming the ‘mollah’ (let alone the credibility of the article, he didn’t even bother to read it properly).
It is heartening that the moderator did take the necessary action that was required - locked the thread and questioned the authenticity of the article, but shouldn’t such a thread be moved so that its not visible anymore on PA? I am saying this because many posters would incur the same reaction as that emotional poster. I also doubt if most of the silent observers/readers here on the site go until the very last post if they are reading articles.
Thank you Spock for pointing it out. I agree with you that such threads should be removed from the forum(s). Please, continue helping us with your timely feedback. :)
Generally speaking closed threads are not removed from public forums regardless of the reason. Only threads/posts that we removed are either spam or onces that are against forum rules/policy.
