I think that’s not the case. I’d disagree with LK here. Not praying is one thing and “telling lies and evil deeds” is another. Evil deeds may constitute backbiting, sexual contacts or acts, taking bribes etc but lapse in praying doesnt fit in this category. Just my two cents..
