put the attacker on defense
now about the topic…
I personally dont know which side is telling the truth. I think its very likely for people in high places to be currupt in pakistan. On the other hand i don’t doubt the government’s ability to cook up some story to get this guy out of their path.
after reading the posts i find that a hindu is the second most senior judge in pakistan…
now this was a very pleasent surprise… shows there is at least some degree of fairness in the legal system.
when he took his office in july 2005 ..the cases pending in SC wre 36,000 and in the beginning of March , 2007 ...the no. reduced to 10,000 ...first time in judicial history......he took more than 500 suo moto actions ...another record...he called for Chief Secretary Sindh for the case of Manu Bheel and said that SC will hand-cuffed you if you not issue order atonce .....IG of Punjab and Sindh had a" trip" of 5 to 6 days per month due to SC strict behaviour of bad conditions of robbery and theft...the buruecracy also been time and targeted for thier failure...so all these culprits and lobbies joined to put this man down to ground.......
Not challenging your comments but can I have sources for these?
Its quite surprising everyone is taking this as a BLACK AND WHITE ISSUE. Either mussharaf or Judge is either a hero or a villan.
If history teaches you anyfin is that - everything in politics is different shades of grey. No one is white, no one is black.
it has been encraved in the history of Pakistan that what is bad for the PM or Presidents is automatically removed / altered or made bad in the eyes of public , no matter how good it was !
