well, i kept asking all of you for prayers …n more prayers …for more than a month now!
see, the power of prayers!!!
oh i’m speechless!!
dump down all the worries about thallasemia…bone marrow test n what not …
today , at last , we got the final verdict …
zainab , my doll , has nothing but iron deficiency anaemia …which IS improving !!!
last time …doctor took some samples from my blood too …n off course zainab’s …
today he told she has low iron levels …because of me …as i’m nursing her ,n i myself have iron deficiency so it was simple !!!
so all we need is iron supplements …n thats all !!!
but you know , it wasn’t that simple earlier …n i truly believe …this is the result of prayers …!!!

The first part of Sura 40, Ayat 60 seems very appropriate at this point. According to Pickthal's translation, it reads:
And your Lord hath said: Pray unto Me and I will hear your prayer
