I went shopping with my mom the other day, and as we got into the car to drive home, Ammi said, “Beta, when we get home, I want you to get 2 packets of vegetables out of the freezer in the basement and help me make khaana.” I’m like,“Okay.” So then we’re talking in the car and stuff and we finally get close to our house, and I’m like, “Wait, what did you say again? You said to get 2 packets of vegetables, yea?” My Ammi didn’t understand what I had said, and she goes, “Vutt?! Tupac is a vegetable?!”
omgomgomg I started laughing so hard after that and I couldn’t speak for like 5 minutes. Every time I tried explaining to her what I had really said, I kept bursting into laughter.
*Note: For those of you who don’t know who Tupac is…he’s this one famous rapper that died in like '91.
