Came across this very beautiful and strong aayah.
Surah Ta'ha: Aaya 124
Translation:
"And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind."
All our life we keep on struggling stress and depression and find ways to cure it, popping meds and all. But ALLAH has mentioned its reason (and thus the cure) in the divine book already.
We just dont read it properly to understand.

Thanks for sharing. There is also the ayat, "Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." It essentially sends the same message. The scholar, Hamza Yusuf, once said that if you are anxious then it's because you are not doing enough dhikr. Dhikr is like water; if you are short then you are dehydrated. We become so lost in our worldy aspirations and even after achieving them, we think..."Now what?"...and it's followed by an emptiness. There may be things that we are lacking (enormous wealth, fame, status) but that other people have been blessed with and the latter may still not have inner sukoon. The cure is in the reflection of the purpose of creation and the Creator, and when we are able to make that genuine connection in our hearts...it renders our material aspirations as paltry.

Just before I read your post I was checking this Picture taken from the Moon, and Noticed the CONTRAST between the Barren Landscape on the Moon and our Beautiful Home the Blue Marble (which is surrounded by nothing but dark space) our Planet Earth! and we have take everything for granted!**

Well Sheeda Bhai Sahib I will explain my reasoning and I am sure you will see the connection:
You see I made my assumptions like you did too 
but people may not be on the same wavelength, the purpose of showing the Earth shot from the Barren Moon and surrounded by dark space, I was trying to drive home the fact that only Allah’s plan can put things where they are and life is not an accident of the Big Bang! like the Science folks think!
With all the sophisticated listening devices and super Large Radio signal Antennas and the Hubble Space craft Camera looking into Deep Deep Space, and all those Space craft sent to the Planet Mars that **sent back signals that have frustrated and depressed our Big Bang believers who have not been able to find a single Planet that sustains life as we know it as Allah SWT made it so beautifully for us here on our Blue Planet Earth!
All the search in far places yet they do not see and appreciate and ignore as mere Accident what Allah has provided us right here!**
