Is it possible to get pills or some sort of drug which when given to a woman permanently makes her infertile without harming her health in anyway??
No, the only think that can do that is tying the fallopian tubes.
I guess regularly taking the contraceptive pill would have the sam effect, though some question remains as to whether is completely safe or not in the long-term.
I think the closest you can come without resorting to surgery is the Depo-Provera shot. You get a shot once every 3 months and it works till the next shot. I used it for about a year. It made me completely infertile - the drug shuts down your ovaries and mine didnt want to "restart" once I stopped using it. (NOTE!!! This does NOT happen to everyone! ) Anyway, I needed to use fertility meds to restart my ovaries and I've heard of this happening to quite a few users of Depo-Provera. Again, if your goal is not to have kids, make sure you keep getting the shot every 3 months. But if there's a change of heart down the road, have your hormone levels checked to make sure your ovaries start up again.

it was only because i’m suppose to be getting married to this girl my parents suggested, we’ve met and i like her but she wants kids and i don’t i was thinking if i could get her ‘infertilised’ she wont pester me...
Why not infertilize yourself if you don't want kids? Why put her on pills? Surely, there are options for men who don't want to pro-create. You may change your mind in the future though.

that sounds promising, is it given by injection and could i give it to her whilst she’s asleep or does it have to be the gp who can give it? and if she went for tests and **** will it come of as normal infertility?

Why are you getting married to her?, why not marry someone who doesnt or cant have children.
Thats out of order on the girl, why should she be denied motherhood (and why dont u want kids anyway). You talk about trying to become more religious, but this is not the behaviour of a good muslim.
Its her islamic right to have children, she could even ask for divorce if because of you she cant have any.
If you eally want to marry her, then you MUST tell her that you dont want children and then let her decide if she wants to get married.
