Re: A 60 days weight gain challenge

its not 2lbs its 2kg which equals 4.4 lbs. As far as I know everyone has a different reason for being under-weight but mainly its the diet. If you don't like eating (i can completely relate) then increase the things with high calories. And what I found easier to do was to take any snack every couple of hours instead of taking heavier meals. No skipping of the meals especially breakfast and dinner. Havn't started exercise yet but that should be good too, I just don't have any time for that.

Re: A 60 days weight gain challenge

Current Weight :38.5 kgs
Goal Weight : 44 kgs
Height: 5 ft
Current Calories intake - NO idea :bummer:

How do we plan to gain weight ?

Re: A 60 days weight gain challenge

Calorie Calculator - Daily Caloric Needs Use this link to calculate the calories intake that is required to maintain the current weight. We tend to eat less than that which dont allow gaining weight obviously. Increase that and hopefully it will make a difference.

Re: A 60 days weight gain challenge

^ Keeping the weight on is so difficult for people with skinny genes. I have very high metabolism and find it hard to eat a lot, but I've started to do the smart thing now lol, don't eat stuff just to fill yourself, because if you're already skinny you won't have the room to store all that food you're taking in. I'd tried drinking banana milkshake with peanut butter, at night and just do a few push ups, it strengthened my body so much and I started looking bigger from top half, also my hips gained mass, I didn't weigh myself, but then when bananas ran out, I didn't buy them for few days and then lost my routine errrr!
