My dadi was married at 12 and had her rukhsati at 15 or so…my dada was 15-16 at time of nikkah
I think my MIL was in her mid-teens when she got married as well.
One also has to look at the environment and time period, someone in the 1940s getting married as teenagers (key word is teenagerS) is worlds away from a 20 something educated person initiating a relationship with a young teenager.
