well the major reasons are not getting labour pains…which in turn boils down to the fact of not eating the right food nor exercising enuf…olden times nearly all women had normal deliveries…why r c section on the rise today :(…well just wanted to know any totkas or advices anyone has got from their mom or mom in laws during pregnancy..
