MoYo
Hafeez
Azhar
Akmal
Kaneria

Yes it would be a move to Malik's batting order again. But the guy is pretty reliable at any slot.
They should play above for next 2 game in group stage and see how the batting clicks. If they can hammer out 300+ scores against minnows...then
I would not mess with it except Maybe switching Afridi for Kaneria to give more depth to the innings and then Afridi can be moved up if needed in last 10 slog overs for him to play a 20/20 type innings.
Also, winning the toss, should not always mean fielding first. Its too negative. Lets take the challenge and set targets on setting big totals...
Forget the game against WI and lets move on.

He plays well in opening specially in good batting tracks. So its not a recipe for self destruction.
I’ll tell you Hafeez and Imran will not click together. If one does it will be that the other gets out early and Younis has to get in early.
Plus I would not want to recommend Younis as an opener. That is obviously the other option.

Pakistan should open with Younis.That was a good Idea and I dont know why they didnot implement it. This is my XI

Drop Nazir for Hafeez. He was the most consistent batsman in warmup games, he provides us a very reasonable bowling option so wonder whats Nazir doing up there :)

My biggest nightmare is what if it rains in either one of the two remaining matches and the game is abandoned. That would mean that we will have to get in based on points. I am sure WI will defeat the remaining two sides.

I will pray that Zimbabwe beats WI and it will surely beats Ireland... so one pakistan wins its remaining two, guess what:D?

Thats the scary situation. I hope it doesnt happen but to avoid this Pak must win one of the matches with big margin. Ireland is gonna beat Zimb for sure.
