I agree It is actually quite hilarious that Muslims cant come to grips that it was their brothers that did such a heinous thing. All muslims are brothers, I am sure you know that, and that aint no conspiracy either (goes with kissing on cheeks and huggin etc)

Pinstripe, my comments were regarding your gibe at the Muslim belief in the Prophet's ascent to Heaven. Not only was that offtopic, bringing religious beliefs into the discussion derisively for the heck of it counts as flaming. if you're having a tough time figuring out where the boundaries are though, as far as WA goes, consider the post I removed a benchmark.

Let them have their conspiracy theory and believe it was all a hoax, it helps them make themselves feel better about themselves and congratulate themselves about how smart they all are to FINALLY figure it out. It certainly helps them keep their heads in the sand about certain behaviors and rationales accepted Muslims as a whole need to confront and eliminate.
People who think this way are a dime a dozen.
No matter that people like myself, professors I knew, friends all watched in horror as they lost someone. I guess the funerals we (husband and I alone) attended back to back for close to three weeks were fake also and the widow I have over to dinner is a figment of my imagination with her two children. People in other countries lost some of their own, I'm sure that is a relief to them that they mourn people who didn't die.

The original article has been refuted by facts several times by engineers and in prior conspiracy threads here at Gupshup. If there are those that don't want to accept the facts then there isn't much anyone can do.

A simple google search on WTC collapse will yield more sources on the collapse of the towers and their proabable cause than you are likely to read.
But that is the fun of a conspiracy. When an overwhelming evidence of fact is placed upon the table, the conspiracist can always fall back on yet another layer of conspiracy to explain the conspiracy of conspiracies. So they are constantly unappeased, taunting the rational for even further far afield facts.
Either do the research yourself, and satisfy yourself, or stay ignorant.

^ Most of the absolutely ridiculous conspiracies are actually being spread by the US govt so the public get so fed up with all theories that they will stop paying attention to even the reasonable question raised by legitimate theorists.

All politics aside, in terms of hard science, I have heard there are a number of inconsistancies in the US governments 9/11 stance
I am a Process Engineer and went to school with a number of Structural Engineers. I dont particulerly understand the mechanics of it, but a number of freinds have told me that there is serious doubt about the the towers collapsing with regards to materials of construction of such buildings, heat transfer from fires, historical records of similar evensts and so on... i.e. both buildings collapsing was not the expected outcome of the planes burning

having done the search i repeat.. show me where qualified experts have supported the government conspiracy theories on the collapse..
the WTC towers were the first in history to collapse like that .. the Madrid towers had a fire worse than this but the frame’s still in tact.. there are many other examples..
now that more ‘mainstream’ people are coming up and finally voicing their doubts and supporting what the bloggers/freethinkers knew all along, government shills have their panties in a bunch trying to perpetuate lies that won’t stand up to scrutiny.
