Just looked more stats up for the Wanderers at Cricinfo.
AUS beat Pakistan in their group match by scoring 310 and Pakistan could only reach 228 all out in 45 overs. In general a good score is 280 to 300.
This match was a freak.

Spectacular win by the Saffies. One of the best run chase ever. The pitch had nothing for the bowlers. It was going to be an exciting match, but when you have rivals like Australia and South Africa, we know its going to be something special. Hussy was electric, Pointing sixes were intoxicating, especially the one that the hit on Nitini. Did you see how far it went? Unreal....!
What can you say about South Africa's reply. It was over in everyone's eyes but these Saffies didn't give up. They didn't choke rather than gave a beating that every Aussie hater want them to go through. Boucher and Smith were simply exhilarating and the conclusion was breathless. I am still galvanized.
South Africa's confidence is sky high with this win because Pointing was there to teach them a lesson. Test series is another story and we know Australians will be looking for some revenge.
