They have moved there, but slowly but surely it is this government that is bringing their loot back. This govenment has brought back hundreds of billions of rupees over the last few years, which the majority of Pakistani people are highly appreciative of.

Pakistanis expressed highly favorable opinions of their president; 86% rate him favorably, and 60% view him very favorably, by far the highest rating of any leader in the survey

The poll was conducted by Pew Research for People and Press, based in Washington, D.C.

Why doesnt he submit himself to the people of Pakistan in a free and fair elections without his wardi? Is he afraid of something? Surely if he has support of 86% of the population he should take the chance to legitimise his rule. Somehow if the poll was true reflection of the wishes of the people of Pakistan there would have been a talk of an election, not extending his rule under the wardi.

to those who cite the poll as unreliable, the research intitute is a very respected one, and one that I have never seen accused of bias.

they publish statistical significance data too. its worth looking at that before saying that the poll does not reflect the actual.

They can be 95 percent confident that the actual (and not polled) approval rating lies within 83-89 percent.

The rest is upto you, whether you want to count on the other 5 %, think that Pakistan as a nation is extremely stupid, or come up with other similar good stuff.

Mussharraf is a right person at a right hour at a right place. This is the observation of USA elites.

Could an elected PM so easily be used for dismantling talebans? Could that PM so easily talk against madrisas creating hell all over? Could that PM go for a closure of terrorist camps and fight against the fundamentalists.

The most appreciable category of Mussharrf is that he has done everything what India needs of a Pak leader, while in Pakistan no one could understand this well performed spectacle.

And off course, Pak economy is back at the stage. Bravo Mussharraf.

I love him go mushy!!!

Super Mushy!
