example: i want a car or a bike or money or a big house or happiness or a guy/girl

ME (means self or personal)
example: why does every thing happen to me, why me, why not me, and all the other me’s.

Rule # 3
Image (a picture created in our conscience by society and our parents)
example: beauty is in the eye of the beholder. we all have a different opinion of what beauty is and what is beautiful.
an old begger lady with dirty cloths can be more beautiful to her mate then a younge girl with beauty of youth. its all in our conscience.

Rule # 4
NEED
have you ever thought about a little child who is dying of starvation, what his need is. is our need of a better life, big house, fancy car, more mulla more urgent then his, when you pray to GOD in your privacy’s refuge, do you actually think about that kid before you ask GOD for your need.)
so doesn’t matter what your need is there is always someone worse off then you.
accept what you have and be thankful.
try to overcome “NEED”
Rule # 5
HATE
(difference of opinion)
take your hand and put it in front of your face, the side facing you is right, and the side facing opposite is wrong. imagine someone sitting infront of you facing you. with there hand infront of there face.
what are they looking at.
in this world there is no such thing as right and wrong, its just difference of opinion.
hate also goes for religious hate, race hate, and nationalistic hate,
put yourself in other persons shoes before you hate them.
try to overcome “hate”
Rule # 6
Satisfaction
(desire of being filled)
ask yourself what does it take for you to be satisfied. what will happen if you dont get it. will your life be less meaningful if you dont accomplish your dreams to be satisfied. will it stop the world from spinning, or birds from flying or someone loving you for who you are. IS your need to be popular greather then your need to be at peace. think about it.

Rule # 7
EGO
(fear of rejection)
in this day and age of material needs. we are all afraid of being rejected if we are not part of the pack, we dont and cant run alone, at least we think.
example : i need to put on fancy cloths so that i can impress people, i need a better car or more money so that i can impress people.
why do we need to impress people, because we are afraid that if we dont we will be rejected and left to run alone.
remember: no great leader in this world ran with a pack, he made his own and people ran in his pack
