appa jan i have a better sweating exercise... get up from your couch, walk to the electric board, shut off the fan and sit again. you'll sweat like hell :D not even have to move! lol!

I understand Munza - for busy moms it's a great one because it targets all the problem areas.

With all the Lunges and Squats you'll see defination within a week.

** Do them in the order listee ** why? because they are flucating between weights and non using weights which will help you get better results

The whole point is to get your heart rate up and tone you muscles **
