IF IT'S OPINION YOU ARE AFTER...HERE'S MINE:
70's - Kabhi Kabhi or Silsila
80's - Qayamat se Qayamat tak "Papa Kehte Hai"
90's - Saajan "Tu Shayar Hai" for early 90's and "Dil to Pagaal hai"/ Kuch Kuch Hota Hai from late 90's
00's - "Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gaam"/"Kaal Ho naa ho" or that type of film for 00's (maybe even Devdas)
Not sure if these songs actually represent the decade, but they are for me what represents the particular decade!
