what kind of make up pakistan uses ? could this be true?
Sure, it quoted a Minister saying so. It is such a big amount for a small economy like Pakistan that this might be the reason of increasing dependence of Pakistan on other countries and for increase in poverty in general.
well if we take half of the population (excluding the cross dressers here) it comes out to be about $10 per female... that's sounds really high..
although as the article suggests it's not the total picture when you start counting all imports.. i'm sure tea is right up there with cosmetics.
While women have a right to beautify themself as they please, someone in the government should be working at giving incentives for a local industry ... it's not like tea which you can't grow cuz of the climate etc.. it's a chemical process.. do some research goddamit and get us more than Tibet Snow..(i dunno though if even that's imported from Tibet :)
