On review, I agree with points 5 and 6. Any form of physical activity slows down digestion because blood is diverted away from the gastro-intestinal track.

Point 7 might possibly have some merit. Further investigation is needed.

Point 1 seems suspect. The alleged "experts" cited are not named. And there would appear to be little scientific basis for why a cigarette after eating would lead to more contaminants being absorbed.

Point 2 seems ridiculous. Fruits have nothing to do with the air content of your stomach.

Point 4 is a little dodgy too. My understanding is that the intestines don't move around enough to be affected by loosening your belt (unless maybe you belt is so tight that it's constricting them anyway).
