When was last time Afridi as captain let Razzaq complete his quota of 10 overs specially if he was good in his spell?

When was last time Afridi as captain let Razzaq complete his quota of 10 overs specially if he was good in his spell?
May be has has picked up Injury too like Akhtar and Afridi did not want to risk him? Other than this its hard to find an explanation for not getting him through his quota.

Is Afridi playing politics? No full quota from best bowler in the match (Razaq), then bowling from Tanveer with New ball and then in the power play? No full quota of Gull or shoaib? Last over from Hafeez...
i wish our players should be asked questions even they won the series or won the match.....
damn any fool will understand this...no logic behind these decisions....either he is totally dumb or playing politics.
