BAGHDAD, Aug. 31 (Xinhuanet) – At least 600 people were killed after a suicide bomb panic triggered stampede on a bridge over the Tigris in Baghdad on Wednesday, an Interior Ministry source told Xinhua.
"Someone among the people walking on the Aaimma bridge in al-Aadhamiya district suddenly shouted 'there is a suicide bomber on the bridge.' Then lots of people on the bridge panicked and they pushed each other and jumped into the Tigris. At least 600 people died because of drowning and stampede and the death toll will probably rise," the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.
About 1 million pilgrims from many parts of Baghdad and other provinces gathered near the Imam Mousa al-Kadim shrine in the capital's Kazimiyah district for the annual commemoration of the death of the Shiite saint.
At the time of the tragedy, a huge number of people were rallying and marching toward the mosque.

Muslims have never done anything wrong, we are always the victims the innocent bystanders, the person that is at the wrong place at the wrong time. We didnt ask for oil we were happy riding camels and khotas in the desert, the white boy struck gold on our property, if we would have struck black gold, we would have cursed Allah for giving us black contaminated water.

What happened here was tragic. Such panicky stampedes happen everywhere, including your country. Your response shows how much hatred you have in your heart. And your ignorance is astounding for a person who likes to copy and paste articles at a moment’s chance. Shias are barely in power, they have to share that power with the Kurds and Sunnis. Sunnis are the safest people in Iraq today.

It’s more complicated than just that, but I guess for a simpleton like you, that’s all that matters. It’s not just Shias, they have rejected the Kurds as well. Please list for me all the attacks Sunnis have suffered at the hands of Shias since the war began and compare that to the attacks that Shias have suffered at the hands of the Sunni terrorists.

A muslim never kills muslim intentionally. And if the act is intentional…the victim remains muslim but not the aggressor. An aggressor is never a muslim by the way.
