It says that they some American company has developed a technique that will make bread remain mould free for 60 days … Question is if this product did come on the supermarket shelves , would you buy it?
I dont think i can ever eat something that is so chemically treated to last for unnatural times .. I mean normally bread goes off in 5-6 days or slightly longer if refrigerated well .. would you actually feel like eating something that “should” have gone off 50 days ago but has been treated such that it didnt !!
Apart from this new and upcoming bread, aren’t there other commercial foods that we eat which would have expired at a much faster rate without preservatives and other chemicals?
