that is the easiest part...i saw this morning that after only half a week of returning to daily musculation after winter exercise break i had it back already...and wondered if i had to try harder to get...well more :D

now do sets of 15 (sideups, first left side, then right side and repeat) do 3 sets EVERY second day...
that tones ur sides/back .. this is in addition to ur REGULAR ab/rib exercises...

cuz in those days u will be doing front...so u need 1 day gap in the middle for those sets of muscles to recover.. VERY important..

and for my arms, i mean i lift weights almost everyday, and do not leave them day to recover…is it bad?

yes.. the way u do is this .. u start giving two day gaps to all the sets of the muscles..
try doing 2 OPPOSITE sets of the muscles.. lets say one day u do biceps, so u also do side-situps.. next day u do the back so u do the triceps..
ONLY constant thing u should do is bike/treadmill/elliptical (warming the body up to get ready for muscles)
