I hope it benefits someone out there. FYI, I am NOT a recruiter, I am the hiring group manager. I am looking for 6 Microsoft .Net Lead Developers/Architects to hire immediately before the end of this year insha’ Allah.
Requirements:
(1) Solid .Net (C# / ASP.Net) experience especially in Web Services, Remoting, COM Interop, Threading, Message Queuing, and XML.
(2) Preferred work experience on high traffic, highly scalable architectures (the systems you will work on handle traffic in the order of ~20 Million transactions/day).
(3) Preferred work experience integrating disparate systems (if the system exists, chances are you will find it here. Having all these systems talk to each other is the real challenge).
(4) Preferred work experience in Performance Tuning, Code Profiling, Code Reviews, and/or Patterns & Best Practices is a major plus.
